2 level apartment with downstairs lounge and kitchen. Gave us space from the kids which we didn’t get at other properties. My son liked the tv’s in the bedrooms. Most of all we liked that it wasn’t the Lilac city motor inn which we had the misfortune to stay at the beginning pf our trip.

Goulburn is strategically placed for breaking up the journey on the Hume Highway. The Hotel had an onsite restaurant, which made it great for having a quick dinner without having to go out and find a decent restaurant or take-away. A very short distance up the road is a new Service Station, Arko Energy selling fuel 20 to 30 cents per litre under the Hume Highway value.

The room was spacious, the spa awesome, the separate shower and loo were well-maintained. This is a perfect destination for a romantic weekend getaway. The room had all that one would need for an overnight or longer stay: TV, aircon, WiFi, safe, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, one free water bottle each. The bar and restaurant looked great, but we slept in and breakfast was closed before our checkout, so we had to go elsewhere.

Service was great, I accidentally broke the bathroom sink when I put a block of ice in there to defrost as I washed up before departure. I got really upset and the staff were so good about it. The first thing they said to me was" It's ok the first thing we need to do is get you into a new room" . The maintenance man was unaware I was checking out , I thought It was just so good of them to worry about me first. That is the customer service that the majority of places don't give you..

everything was great except I wasn't informed that the bedrooms were on the second floor of the unit and that there was no bathroom/toilet on the same level. During checkin I had mentioned to reception that I was travelling with my mother and they asked if she was OK with stairs, I said a flight is OK. I think they needed to inform me that there were several flights to the bedrooms and that the toilet was on the bottom floor. Knowing this I would've changed the room choice. Otherwise our stay was quite good, staff were extremely lovely and breakfast at the cafe was great.

This is the absolute best motel we've stayed in at Goulburn! From the manager in reception, who gave us an enclosed courtyard room, as we were travelling with a hyper 16 month old, so he could explore and we could relax, to the spacious clean rooms, with the most comfortable beds, coffee, tea and biscuits complimentary, huge bathroom and shower, it's a fantastic place. Will definitely stay again when visiting Goulburn again! Highly recommend 👌 👍

The facility was in a good location, it was clean and tidy and the safe were amazing. They show genuine care for their guests, and ensure if there is an issue, they attend to it without fuss and show the guests that they and or the issue at hand is important.

Was a great stay for our young family. Highly recommend this for your next stay on the way thru Goulburn!!! The receptionist was so good to call us in the evening leading up to our stay, given we were delayed and she was so helpful to ensure we had a pleasant arrival. Also in the morning we went to Trappers Bakery for a nice breakfast which we'd highly recommend.
